Dear Sir/Madam, the last time we rented a car from yourselves we were delighted at the service received. Very efficient on arrival and we were dealt with very promptly. The car was in excellent condition. This made the start of our holiday something to look forward to. We have property in Spain and hire a car if we are out for any time, we have had some bad service in the past from other companies, waiting around for ages and the car not in good condition and paying for every conceivable extra, so you were like a breath of fresh air. We looked at your company on the internet and were pleased at the response from other customers before we booked with you the last time and can say we had the same wonderful service.
